1. Introduction

These terms of service (the "Terms") govern the use of cod3r.ai (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Service Description

cod3r.ai is an AI tool for creating web applications. The Service allows users to create web applications through conversation with an AI assistant, without the need for programming knowledge.

3. Registration and Account

  • Using the Service requires connecting a Web3 wallet.
  • You are responsible for securing your wallet and private keys.
  • One user may only have one account.
  • Your wallet address serves as your unique identifier.

4. Data Collection and Processing

When using the Service, we collect and process the following data:

  • Wallet data: your public wallet address used for authentication and payment verification.
  • Usage data: information about created projects, conversations with the AI assistant, and credit consumption.
  • Payment data: transaction hashes for cryptocurrency payments on supported blockchain networks.

Data is stored on secure servers provided by Supabase. We do not share your data with third parties beyond service providers necessary for operation (Supabase for database, Anthropic for AI generation, blockchain networks for payments).

5. Payment Terms

  • The Service uses a credit-based payment system.
  • Payments are processed via cryptocurrency (USDT/USDC) on supported networks.
  • Supported networks include Ethereum, Base, and BNB Chain.
  • Credits are non-refundable once purchased.
  • Credit packages and pricing are displayed on the pricing page.
  • Transaction verification may take a few minutes depending on network congestion.

6. User Obligations

When using the Service, you agree to:

  • Not use the Service to create illegal or harmful content
  • Not attempt unauthorized access to the system or other users' accounts
  • Not abuse the AI assistant for purposes outside the Service's intent
  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations

7. Intellectual Property

All code and content generated by the AI assistant within your projects is your property. The Operator does not claim any rights to content created by users.

The cod3r.ai brand, logo, and Service design are the property of the Operator and may not be used without prior consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • The Service is provided "as is" without guarantee of error-free operation.
  • The Operator is not liable for damages arising from use of generated code.
  • The Operator does not guarantee continuous availability of the Service.
  • The AI assistant may generate inaccurate or incomplete code — users are responsible for reviewing outputs.
  • The Operator is not liable for losses due to blockchain network issues or failed transactions.

9. Termination

The Operator reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account in case of violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through settings.

10. Changes to Terms

The Operator reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through the Service. By continuing to use the Service after changes to the Terms, you express agreement with their new version.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable international laws. Any disputes will be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
